Each session is 10 minutes in the room and 5 minutes outside of the room. You may enjoy up to three 10 minute sessions during each scheduled visit.

Towel and robe service is included in the price but you are welcome to bring your own.

Hospital grade disinfection is provided between clients.

A towel barrier is applied to the floor entering the room, and on the chair. You may stand if you wish. A robe and bath towel are available for use if you wish to use. You may want to consider using “flip-flops” in the steam room.

Linens are laundered between clients in high heat. Prepare for your service by increasing water intake, abstaining from alcohol for 24 hours before and after treatment. Drink plenty of fluids after your treatment to improve treatment results and prevent dehydration.

If you are pregnant, breast feeding, have a pace maker, recent myocardial infarction, or uncontrolled hypertension you are not eligable for this service
